Heaven: Our Ultimate Destiny is the 7th book in The Joy of Christian Discipleship Series and completes Course 2 by casting a vision of where we will be after we die and how we can live our lives between now and then. Written and laid out with 12 weekly lessons in the familiar group study format of the Series, this Updated Edition of Heaven comes complete with all associated Handouts and investigates the destination of our eternal hope in the hereafter beyond the day of judgment, the transitions we can anticipate at the end of our earthly lives, and the journey ahead of us as believers in Christ.
The preceding two studies, Awakening and Kingdom, address several questions: How do individuals and entire communities undergo spiritual revival and “wake up into the Light of God”? How do the earthly “kingdoms” we interact with compare with God’s heavenly Kingdom? What is the “good news of the Kingdom of God” that Jesus proclaimed and demonstrated in power throughout His earthly ministry? And what is our place in God’s unfolding plan? The final study in Course 2, Heaven, concludes by leading us into the challenging topics of the end times, judgment, and our eternal destiny.

Course 1 and Course 2 have been developed in two main forms: 6 individual study guides or 2 convenient coil bound Course volumes with 3 study guides and their handouts in each. The individual study guides are also available in 2 versions, either as Original small 6×9 booklets without handouts or larger 8.5×11 Updated Editions complete with their associated handouts and worksheets.
